What: An afternoon of Yoga and Nutrition focused on reducing inflammation in your body

Who: Yoga instructor Natalie Sheets and me (health psychologist and nutritional therapy consultant)
Why: Have you heard the buzz about the dangers of inflammation but aren't sure what causes it or how to prevent or reduce it? If so, this event is for you!  Natalie will show you gentle yoga poses to help soothe your joints followed by an informational session led by me about inflammation in our body and how food can help heal. I will provide participants with an anti-inflammatory meal plan to take home.
